Watch Roger Perlmutter is going to help us taking NWBO to $5+ hinting some interest in DcVax, otherwise why Duffy was here with us for about 6 months. And once our ticker reaches that kind of price point, I bet institutional interest will spike up. Thereafter, I don't think Roger will have any problem getting his board approving his move on us. Everything I think is already planned. If we hear TLD news by Monday, I am sure it is good for Perlmutter to spell it out or signal their interest on us the next day Tuesday.
