I hear you, I'm waiting until things get a little more stable myself.
Well, you certainly can't buy something that's not for sale. With no confirmed news on a buyout, I feel like they're just wasting money and other people's time.
But yeah, on a more serious note. Once the second facility is official and product starts flying out of the doors, there will be no stopping this! I have a feeling this November is going to be huge for the industry as well.
I'll be impatiently waiting, haha.
