Reg SHO tells the story

MMs Failed to Deliver 154 million shares yesterday per the FINRA required end of day Short Reporting. MMs took advantage of the strong demand selling shares at 7 & 8 that they did not own and had not borrowed.

Their objective now is to drive the SP back down to 6 so that they can cover their shorting and turn a profit.
