I have the impression that PCTL in Little River currently is not a large enough operation "over here" to tackle the full operations of the opportunity that presented itself in the UK.
So therefor, some type of partnership or joint venture or such made sense to consider, in order to not simply pass on the UK opportunity, but rather to grab this opportunity.
I have the impression that PCTL is one of the partners in the partnership called "PCT Europe", which would imply that there is at least 1 other partner. We do not know the details of this, including the PCTL partnership share into this partnership. We also do not yet have any details on the distributorship agreement that was executed with the UK company ... in regards to how any revenues or profits would be split between the various parties.
It sounds like PCTL may provide some details about the UK and PCT Europe on September 29.
It is my impression that Covid-19 may have caused some delays in the momentum in the UK as well, but hopefully we will hear about progress that has been made there.
