FYI....They are behind on filings. Once those are updated the stop sign will disappear...and the company will be restored to full QB status. If you read the filings you will discover the DGF provided the company with a lump sum payment in order for them to look after administrative issues such as filing.
I've been yelling for them to get IR for 2 years now and at this point I feel like it is too little too late. what is left of this is that they have gone through $5M with unsurprisingly nothing to show as expected. There is no business plan. there is no pr about the patent approval for the cream which we are owed. There was plenty of time to update us about a plan to get a product on the shelf. We are being forced to vote yes to an increase in A/S with no signs of what it will be used for and with a checkered past of the company.. there is still no sense of urgency to get the stock price back up. if this is what Ziv has to offer then what optimism is left?

This isn't true - "The stock is also back trading on the QB."
OWCP is a delinquent filer and it is a sub-penny stock - so OWCP can't meet the minimum requirements for OTCQB.
On the OTCM it is listed as "Pink No Information"

How is OWCP paying the IR staff - they had to use more toxic financing to file audited financials - but now they supposed to be paying an IR staff. SMH!

Who is foolish enough to go to the company for truthful answers - Turner is a serial scammer that many thought was he was Satan at one time.
