I've been yelling for them to get IR for 2 years now and at this point I feel like it is too little too late. what is left of this is that they have gone through $5M with unsurprisingly nothing to show as expected. There is no business plan. there is no pr about the patent approval for the cream which we are owed. There was plenty of time to update us about a plan to get a product on the shelf. We are being forced to vote yes to an increase in A/S with no signs of what it will be used for and with a checkered past of the company.. there is still no sense of urgency to get the stock price back up. if this is what Ziv has to offer then what optimism is left?
