The company was required by court order to carry out a proxy vote on option 1, the reverse split and option 2, increasing the A/S.
The stock is also back trading on the QB.
The company has now fulfilled the requirements of the court....period.
Speculation is just that and so comments about DGF and how the vote turns out are way off the mark.
The company can chose to act on the results or not.
Also without knowing what is going on behind the scenes, generating a post that points to DGF benefiting from a yes vote is not based in reality.
Mr. Turner did not return to the company to be beholden to DGF or any other toxic lender.

I know this is probably a shock to most people that the company now has a dedicated team working on IR and responding to shareholders but it is a fact.
Take advantage of it and stop speculating, most of the time incorrectly.
