Sounds like they’re using this time to execute their share buy back. End of February 2021 it ends. Might see it go current around then. IMO. The crazy insane share prices exist because they’re dark and defunct. Seems like they’re dark and defunct because of the leadership vacuum between the former CEO’s heart attack and the new CEO’s timeline of a share buyback. IMO massive loading has already taken place by the whales here, and every time the company buys the stock back... it’s a win- win for both parties. Brilliant!
It’s all there to see on the chart and on this board. The most important thing to understand here, is that when this company does go current, it will do so at a lower AS and OS, without a RS involved, thereby making the stock bought at these sub penny price levels now, worth quite a bit more just by accretion. Seems like a win win for a longer term holder as well. That’s my initial assessment here. Hope it helps!
