how fair is it for the SEC to require him to provide 10 years of audited financials when he wasn't even around for most of it and the whole business model has changed?
that's how it works. if he didn't know that when he entered the picture... well, that's on him. he always had the option of filing a form 15 to deregister. why didn't he?
