According to their last filing they have a whopping 98 thousand dollars in total assets, and nearly 5 MILLION in debt. And they have NOT compensated those stock holders who all got shafted in that deal back in 2014 - 2015 for those 300 million shares or that's my understanding. Exactly what is it that we are supposed to want to invest in with all that going on and they have NOT been cleared as of yet? If they had been they would not be grey.
