tuca@ Only excuse for Amarin and JT - is that are 'just as much in chock' as the rest of us.

And as '1000% wrong as these ruling's are' from a fatural & merit point of view, we have to give the company a little time 'to take it in' and realize the battle against 'incompetent democratic brotherhood of US legal system' is lost.

But in time of the next couple of weeks information rather before Blanc form Amarin:

"If we lose again - this and this will happen (the things you mentioned point for point) stop all marketing USA go Generic as fast and low as possible (loose most of the salesforce - stop DTC etc)".

And finally what would really help the SP - Company and Shareholders:

"We are negotiating with a number of BP - in search of a partner - possible BO - soon as possible - to avoid further delay in introduction of Vascepa to the masses in Europe and China and rest of World".

Tuchman - Thx for posting and don’t blame you one bit. I would do the same. I’m trying to emotionally divorce myself from the AMRN shitshow. Very difficult after so many years. But to witness Thero complete the destruction of the company is more painful

100% agree with you, and hope JT to do what you just outlined. I understand your motivation. But realistically we have to give him a bit time to plan. So I hope you can reconsider and continue to post a bit longer.

We can see this time he is more prepared than 3/31, came out same day as ruling. But still very few people including jt expect rule 36, this fast. Suggest give him a bit more time, please. This is only excitement...

Incompetent Hack is accurate.

I just can't believe the seeming incompetence of everyone around him, including those like the Baker Brothers. How have they sat their and watched such immense decay in value and yet never slapped him upside the head?

I'm sticking with my buyout prayer over the weekend. Is it likely? No. But one can hope that someone competent has been slapping the bastard upside the head and executing behind the scenes.

Fun fact, as far as I can read in their filings, the compensation that was (potentially illegally) approved this summer is tagged to $6.49 as the options price. So until its beyond that strike, their additional compensation package is worthless.
