Grip, I just tell the truth. All shareholders should read my informative post and then contact the Board of Directors, (BOD). Don't waste your time with Nader. That guy is beyond hope on this issue. Only the BOD can reign this fellow in. Are you Mr Director a man or are you a Nader Boy? That will be determined.
I am considering my own lawsuit if you BOD members do not stop this theft.
This is what it is. You, Mr Director, work as much as for me as you do Nader. Yes he out votes me but I can complain and complain I will. One of you Directors knows my past. Check with your brother, just a hint. You will know I am dangerous to screw with.
I had no idea that after a similar suit was filed over this very same issue that Nader and the BOD would try it again.
