Who cares what Turner said - why didn't he provide the business plan before the vote - or file the 10-K? Also, Turner lied to shareholders about the SEC approving a business plan - that is absolutely not true.
It is meaningless what Turner says - it is only important at what he does.
If he does some BS acquisition of his fake cannabis company - then it is about self enrichment.
The massive dilution will harm shareholders. But it will benefit DGF and Sunbeam.
