Didn’t you listen to Ziv live yesterday.? He explained why he needs either the RS / or AS .. either one to go forward .. if his word is worthless & non trusted then impossible to be a shareholder. Not many options at this point . It’s fourth down and a long 10.. go for it or punt .? And that’s that .
