You can buy up to the EX-date.
That 3 day rule is for settling funds I have heard that it does not apply.

The guys on the golden list board play these all the time and look for mistakes. I got a 7000% from watching these guys.
I have several pages that I mean to condense. Most confusing subject on any board. JMHO!
