Rose....good questions that deserve an investigation...which, to my knowledge. has never been done...It certainly gave a much needed, undeserved edge to the Generics. If it was a mistake, it was a lucky one for the Generics....I definitely doubt that it was done by anyone on the side of Amarin.
rose, fortunately the uncropped version was entered into evidence. I believe the cropped table first showed up in the generics finds of facts which was post trial and then again in Du's ruling. This is a big deal IMO because it shows Du just copied her work from the defense. Talk about lack of effort!
It would appear that generic's cropped that table in their final brief so remove the footnotes below the table that indicated "NS" for the results. How that doesn't count as some sort of tampering with evidence is beyond me!
