I am highly UNIMPRESSED by a cop who, incomprehensibly, shoots a man seven times in the back, while HOLDING ON TO THE MAN'S T-SHIRT with his other hand.

That cop needs to be charged with murder. A great many others no doubt need to be thoroughly retrained.
