PCTL shareholders prefer confirmed, verified, and accessible data. When its Q2 fins with big revenue hit, PCTL will move onward and upward.

Let's assume you're completely correct. What penalty does the SEC apply to them.

I don't believe that their is any penalty from the SEC, they hardly pay attention to Pink sheet stocks at all, but I don't believe at this point, a few days late, if they'd do anything significant if they were on the DOW.

If you can show otherwise, please do. If the company is fined, ultimately shareholders have less equity. If corporate officers could be stripped of their positions for being late, Gary would have been in lots of trouble before now. I certainly want the company to strive to get financial out in time, and I believe until they do upgrading becomes difficult to impossible, but other than that I believe they'd need to be many months late, not a matter of days, until their were serious consequences.

Prove me wrong, show me how the SEC will penalize PCTL.

Uh, again, there isn't going to be STOP sign. A STOP sign would only go up if they don't file by October 1st, which is 6 months after their last filings (March 31, 2020). You probably meant a YIELD sign until then, but I'm 99.99% sure Q2 will be out before we see another STOP sign.

The stop sign should be up now but OTCM isnt that efficient
