I don't like dilution. The possibility of dilution is a catalyst for people selling, getting the stock back to fair value, maybe even undervalued.

If it gets undervalued enough, that would be the time for me to buy back in.

Once the law firms were investigating GNUS, a class action lawsuit also became a catalyst for the share price dropping. Going to trial or a settlement, may also be another catalyst. It's hard to judge the impact of a class action lawsuit, the share price ran high, and dilution ran over 150 million shares.

If GNUS, is investigated by a federal agency, that would create another catalyst for a share price drop.

The downside probably isn't over.
