I think Jim is right, that it was probably a cease trade order but we'll have to wait until tues. or wed. I plan to phone the OSC but I think they won't be open until wed. All this would have to happen right now during an extra long weekend.

Reading it all again, including the extension of the order, I believe you're right. I don't see where it applied to all residents either, although we did hear from many Sask residents that said they couldn't trade it.

I believe Plasma was just repeating what he had been told.
