Hey, how about a twofer.
1st. Who issued all of these toxic discounted shares?
2nd. One of Cramer's main rules, never, ever touch a penny stock(it's a penny stock for a reason). And this stock is literally a penny stock. PPS a whole penny..013.
It wasn't SHs that flooded the market with all of those sub-penny shares.

skyhigh , i believe you were correct . based on my review of the 10K , PMCB is indeed liquidating every single share of common stock
IMHO . IS THAT PART OF A DEAL ??? I THINK SO

After all , ( at issuance of 10K a week or two ago ), PMCB had apprx $5mm CASH in the bank acct , so under normal circumstances , PMCB would NOT have to sell all their shs .

PMCB has sold 687mm shs in apprx 3 months leading up to the 10K

as of the 10K , PMCB had only 165mm shs left

GET READY FOR SOME M&A , I only wish I had $$$ cash to buy more shs at these ridiculously el-cheapo pps

this is just my speculation , all is IMHO

who will it be ? Thermo, AN , PrimeRib ??? LOL
