They aren't liquidating anything. Rather they have created more shares by selling more.

PMCB had only 165mm shs left



No, they have potentially billions left. All that's required is a filing with the State of Nevada raising the A/S again. A very simple process.

There seems to be a mistaken idea that a company being acquired must max out the O/S to be the same as the A/S. There is no such requirement. Acquisitions are made based on the O/S, not the A/S. Even With a fantasy acquisition for PMCB, which will never happen. It's as though additional dilution of the shares, diluting the value of the shares already held by SHs is suppose to be something great. It isn't. For PMCB it's just business as usual.
