Excellent summary but think due date likely 8/14. 31 days in july + 14 August for 45 days. IGEN is a gem.

The problem is you consider 45 days as calendar days and the 5 day extension as business days. It is one or the other, it can't be both.

With 45 calendar days, the deadline would be Friday, August 14. Now add 5 calendar days to it which would be Wednesday, August 19.
