ForReal, Clinesmith's alteration was a relatively minor effort which Horowitz wasn't overly concerned
with. Clinesmith claims he didn't think he was doing anything wrong. And he has pleaded guilty.
Could be three mitigating factors there. The Michigan authorities could consider allowing Clinesmith to continue
practicing would not degrade the reputation of the legal fraternity in their state. And other states, who knows.
