ETRADE is $4.95 On OTC trades and the best execution.
Why miss out on getting your trade through trying to save on commissions with some cut rate broker that has slow executions?
Of course this only matters if you day trade and trade a lot.

The Reg Fee for TDA for me has been fairly small, usually from .05 to $1.05 on recent transactions of a few thousand dollars each. No idea how those are charged though. Fidelity's are all about .03 to .07 each. I love ThinknorSwim's L2 access, so I keep TDA for that. Otherwise I really like Fidelity and the ease of making trades. Schwab seems to be the least expensive if you make a number of smaller trades often, and also don't want to worry about any late filing companies with a stop sign on them (Fidelity won't let you buy).

Charles Schwab charges no fees generally. Sometimes I notice a small fee of 11 cents or so which may be for OTC stocks.
