I use both TD and Schwab, and they both charge the same for any OTC positions buy/sell.
They don’t charge for trades on non-OTC.

I checked on Schwab and they charged about 3 cents each on some of my recent trades including OPTI. The one thing they charged big for was RLFT# - they charged $50 for some reason. I'm going to call them and find out why. Maybe because it's on a German exchange.
