TDA is the worst. not only a $38 mandatory reorg/corporate-action fee, but it's only commission free on big-board stocks. Penny stocks (OTC, pink, greysheets are standard commission (I think $6.95)

Go with Schwab. Commission free on everything. They seem to have the least restrictions on trading: They allow trading on most everything, including all pinksheets, greysheets, and no reorg fees.
TDA will eventually be merged into Schwab from what I've read.
