Oh on the reverse and forward split there are a lot of scenarios so the reason we play these is we hope we get rounded up to one share after the r/s and then we get the 200 shares on the f/s. of course that rarely happens and rarely happens quickly.
So lets just say it does. IN THEORY the stock was at about .004 so if it resets correctly the price should be $160 per share but then a few holders get 200 shares f/s but does everyone and does the stock reset again to .80? No idea then we end up with 200 shares at 0.80 or will pps stay at 160 - again then you would need someone to buy it. If I get the r/s and f/s I would be happy to make $100 per account. I would say of the last 10 I played I made money on one but before that we used to do better on them. Its a fluid situation LOL I have to do some more math while I get ready for golf
Ok NDYN had 250 Million shares out. r/s brings itto 6,225 shares then f/s brings it to 1.25 million shares so say 500 people get a 1 share round up then maybe 1.35 Million shares out. so really stock mightbe worth a buck but if we get 200 shares each then we make $200 per acct. ALL IN THEORY as you need the two splits to execute and have buyers
