I do agree on this view. Let him go with big honor and reward instead of calling him incapable. He made good job. Keep in mind that most CEOs just short-term thinkers and filling their own pockets.

I agree with you. I have been an NP supporter, given that he is the reason we’re all here, and given that he is such a bulldog (ie carried this company on his back for many years).

But it’s time to marry the underlying product (incredibly powerful / effective) with leader whose ability to communicate the vision is equally powerful / effective.
Right now, we have a pretty big mismatch there.

The stakes are just too high at this point in time to have anyone other than a top-notch communicator as the face of this company.
