From my casual observation of the big business world, the new CEO will have his GP golden parachute all written in stone before he/she even walks in the door. Gets some new BOD members/friends, new Higher compensation (approved by the compensation committee (his industry chums, of course), and lots of shares/options (standard for the industry, don't ya know). The 100 million authorized shares will get issued and sprinkled around as well.
I like the dog we have in this fight; bloodlines irrelevant.
