I read it as a doc can prescribe, but at the present time, it is on a case by case basis.

All is good, this will eventually mushroom and in the meantime, this PR will draw eyes to us and accelerate BP decisions on what to do and what to pay!!

I read it as compassionate use for those already taking the drug
that their Dr. requests they continue.

Seems to be a difference of interpretation, but this time
I don't think it is Anavex being coy and imprecise.

Anyone with DIRECT knowledge of the authorization regulation?

Still seems good news for the Company. I don't think other than
a few cephalopod(s) anyone has made a serious case against safety.
