Thanks good to see Dennis Ruggeri was added to the Indictment.

That was one I followed very closely with both CLCI and POTN before any criminal charges were announced against anybody.

Eli Taieb was also Indicted in this case

Since Taieb's case hasn't been updated in months, I'm thinking maybe he has been cooperating. Thus the new charges against Ruggeri.


With so many unnamed co-conspirators in the Indictment and other facilitators in the scheme I wouldn't be surprised if we see more criminal charges related to the schemes run on VPOR POTN CLCI CNCC WLAB and GRCV in the future.


My eyes are exhausted from some work I as doing today. What did it say about Yaniv Nahon? He is an attorney right?

There were some nasty, dirty attorneys involved in these schemes. I'm disappointed none were charged.
