Wake up! If the lawyers can't allow the release of the information through PRs yet but Petar let's you see the substance of any future PRs, you are an insider! And the very idea that you will then relay what you see here, double crossing the co's legal team, makes no sense whatsoever and gives off the impression that the right hand of Sulja is unaware of what the left hand is doing. Airys - why won't they take phonecalls from any of the rest of us? If this is true - why don't they have an IR team taking phonecalls from investors? Why is this information limited to you and Hog? I'm sorry, but this is all very troubling. And why would the attorneys be holding the PR's? unless there was some legal reason to hold off - here are some reasons that I can think of - 1. The PR's are not true; 2. They are being investigated by the SEC. Neither of these scenarios are good - can anyone else come up with another reason?

That would be ok Airys but the obvious (to most astute investors) fact is the lawyers are holding back for one reason: they are paid to keep the company out of legal trouble and IMO they (lawyers) see trouble (for company)if PR's are released.

It's not so much what it will bring to the board as whether or not you feel it will give you a solid experience.

If you trust the company to be upfront with you and provide you some amount of due diligence, go for it.

Unless the plane ticket is expensive, I would kindly refuse their offer to fly you in, and instead pay for it yourself. The nature of your relationship changes once you start receiving compensation in kind for IR duties, and technically a free plane ticket could be considered such.

Attorneys provide advice and counsel and act on your behalf in the role of an agent, you are the principal. What control do these lawyers have? None. If Steve, the CEO, believes that it is in the best interest of SLJB to release the PRs than he should do. Sounds like Steve and Petar are passing the buck again just like it was the Windsor Star's fault that the PPS crashed on November 16, it is now the attorneys' fault that they cannot release any PRs. Come on folks.

Airys, I appreciate your efforts here but I dont think it is such a grand idea. It is starting to put you and Hog in a bad spot and is only adding to the confusion IMO. You and Hog are probably good people, but you are not auditors and people that should be confirming stuff that may just simply be smoke and mirrors.

I dont mind if you get a free ticket and vacation, but I think it would be best if you did not relay any information about the visit since it just simply puts you out on the limb.

Again, I am not dissing you and HOG but I think we are being naive to think that they dont control the lawyers. Not the other way around you know?

but (always a but involved in a complement/lol):

What good does it do for the pps when info can only be released to you and stock hog.
No offense to you guys but the market reacts to proof and verifiable proof at that.

If the pr's that they have to release are the truth and can be verified, there should be no, and I repeat no reason why they aren't released.

The only time a lawyer will advise you to remain silent is when you will increminate yourself.

The main concern everyone has, whether they like the SLJB Mgnt or not, is an increase in the pps, and a maximum increase at that.

Yours and Stock Hogs looking at documents will in no way make this happen!

What are your thoughts?

If they're at odds w/ their lawyers, you can bet there's a reason. Circumventing lawyers to assuage shareholders puts you in a precarious position...to say the least. Rather than focus on contracts, etc., may I suggest you ascertain...beyond doubt...what the foundation of the lawyer's protests ACTUALLY constitute? The answer to THAT query will reveal what's really going on.

Let the S.E.C. review the information. Why would anyone believe preview PR data from SULJA after the complete breakdown and dismissal of Key, Critical,and portfolio building type PRs (like the $25m Loan arrangements by Wessal,Audited Financials, Cement deals etc.) from SULJA.

Airys418....Can you call SLJB back and ask why the lawyers have the right to hold back factual material events. Is Steve running the company or the LAWYERS. To me this sounds just like the AFs are in hand and a couple changes need to be made and they will be released......only to find this was untrue.

Just think about it.....some/most of the past PRs look to be nothing but a lie and now they have real ones that they are willing for you to look at but can't release them for any logical reason.

Airys418.....I think you should tell them that you will go and look at these PRs but you want to see who the contracts was with and have Petar or Steve call while you listen and verify without a doubt that the PRs are true. But to me this Lawyer thing sounds fishy.

DON'T DO IT! Refusing this is the only pressure we can put on them to do it through PRs. I think you guys would be putting yourselves at incredible personal risk. Certainly, at minimum, please consult a lawyer before you go.

The lawyers won't allow thm to release the info. to the public by way of PR's but they can release the info. to a few shareholders? That doesn't make sense!! Until it's information released to the public it's insider information. This isn't anything new with this company because over the last several months every time they are going to release a PR they use the excuse the lawyers won't allow it. Soon those PR'S are forgotten and we are promised new PR'S that the lawyers won't allow them to release.
