That would be ok Airys but the obvious (to most astute investors) fact is the lawyers are holding back for one reason: they are paid to keep the company out of legal trouble and IMO they (lawyers) see trouble (for company)if PR's are released.

Send stock manipulators to: enforcement@sec.gov-and to jail.
