I do not disagree with you. Why this was t brought up in the very first answer is beyond me.

I would have answered the petition simply by stating “Billy Delgado is a fraud. Please Google”. (iMO) All that was needed for the Bolzans’ defense. There is ample (overwhelming) evidence to support that statement easily found on Google.
