Well the 211 issued to FINRA is between the MM and FINRA. FINRA does not communicate to the company, they only communicate to the MM who wants to sponsor the company! It is the responsibility of the MM to answer any of FINRA's question regarding the 211 filing! Geez oh peet everyone knows this about a 211! JMHO
