you completely missing the point. The point that was made is that our universities and learning institutions have been caught into the wrong financial incentives by accelerating too many presumed medical innovations into biotechs with all the undeniable bonusses and benefits behind it. All these biotechs that should have never started are then promoted to mostly unfamiliar clueless retailers paying the price holding the bag.

Most internet companies IPO-ing succeed and leave an upside gain for retailers

95% of biotechs IPO fail in their trail, that's a retail investor graveyard and in such ethical fraud. I have never asserted a legal fraud.
