The board can get seated and do it any time. And they can amend the articles of incorporation in short order. As we’ve seen.

You have absolutely no way of knowing if that is true or not based on the fact that we are still in a QP. There are numerous agencies involved along with Maxim, advisors, etc. I think we leave it to the experts for now and see how this plays out.
