As I’ve mentioned a couple times, the articles of incorporation are problematic.

No, they don’t need shareholder approval to RS. I’ve cited sources twice now. Check my old posts.

The board can get seated and do it any time. And they can amend the articles of incorporation in short order. As we’ve seen.
