If you don't like what the PR says, just change it to fit your beliefs.

The PR, Urban Casavant
December 20th PR was obviously issued as a consequence to the amount of emails and phone calls received by Attorney Moran from concerned stockholders. The only thing that this PR convinced me 100% is that this is not the PR we are waiting for. From the responses read on the message boards, I concluded two major consternations; many shareholders are disappointed, and many shareholders still remain uninformed from the company.
I read the PR several times, not in disbelief, but because of one particular statement. The part which had the greatest impact imho is Urban‘s quote;
“Because this is the first ever interplead action that we know of to be used for purpose of accounting and earmarking certificates to those shareholders presenting viable equity in a once public company, extreme care must be taken to insure that every possible issue is addressed,” stated a company director, Urban Casavant.
The above statement by Urban Casavant is presented using legal jargon.
The following statement I substituted the words in[] with the definitions of the words.
Because this is the first ever RIGHTFUL CLAIMANT [interplead] action that we know of to be used for purpose of accounting and ALLOCATING [earmarking] certificates to those shareholders presenting DEVELOPING [viable] EQUITY (TOTAL ASSETS - TOTAL LIABILITIES) in a once public company, extreme care must be taken to insure that every possible issue is addressed,” stated a company director, Urban Casavant.
In other words, all possible problem areas are being extremely scrutinized because this is the first time, as far as we know, that legal channels are used in deciding who are the correct shareholder-owners of a private company, for the purpose of accountability and issuing certificates for gradually growing (developing) assets.
All this wait, all of the bashing, all of the legal representations, CMKX continuing as a viable company, Urban Casavant paying expenses for the Certificate pull, excessive silence from the company, hiring of shareholder Kevin West as interim CEO, enlisting the court for interplead (and this is the first time ever this process was used by a private company), Attorney Moran communicating with several attorneys …for what? Entourage Share Distribution? Not hardly. I expect to hear more from the company director, Urban Casavant, and the company’s CEO Kevin West.
By the way, one thing this PR dispelled, Urban is not on the lamb….that was a baa-a-a-ad rumor.
Still waiting,
Still confident
Still anxious
Still BHollenegg
Take care and expect the best.
