Buy warrants for less than a dollar. Within 5 years (conservatively) this will be way past $18 which means they will have forced us to exercise. Even if you decide not to convert them to common stock, each warrant can then be sold for over $10. The confusion here was enough to shake out some people who didn't understand their value. So does this means the equation is (SP*1.42)-(11.5*1.42)? If this is the case then it would be fine for warrant holders and to me since those warrants would be worth around 9.23 at the 18 strike price if ain't for the 1.42x it would only worth 6.5.
Hopefully when the season starts HOFV should pump some good news.
