So does this means the equation is (SP*1.42)-(11.5*1.42)? If this is the case then it would be fine for warrant holders and to me since those warrants would be worth around 9.23 at the 18 strike price if ain't for the 1.42x it would only worth 6.5.

Hopefully when the season starts HOFV should pump some good news.
