No it isn't. It only had to be done because Frizzy's stupid cert pull took so long that other creditors appeared, demanding their own cut of the Entourage stock.

It'll be Moran, unless he quits, which I think is a distinct possibility. There's nothing complicated about filing an interpleader action. The actual distribution is worked out AFTER the interpleader is filed.
