INmune Bio Shares Rise 21% After Closing Public Offering

INmune Bio Inc. shares were up 21% to $13.52 after the company said it closed a previously announced underwritten public offering of an aggregate of about 2.2 million shares of common stock at $10 each, and the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase an additional about 326,000 shares of common stock.
The company said a total of 2.5 million shares were issued in the offering, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.
The gross proceeds to INmune from the offering are $23.1 million.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to support research and development, including clinical trials.
