Yes, that's theoretical. As Joe-The-Plumber from 2008 requires his crew to wear masks in an enclosed craw space, in the 95 degree temps, and high humidity. How long would that last?
Then there's the large companies with their cafeterias. How do you eat with a mask on? Sure hope they don't choke and cough at a table - right. Drinking fountains are forbidden-right? Restroom sensitization? Eh just hold it all day long.
There's all kinds of scenarios. What we do know is the States which closed late, opened early, and the Govs went along with Trumpy not mandating or at least encouraging mask wearing early, are the hot spots. So yeah "theoretically" sumpthin has already broken down.
