You're mistakenly equating the fogging up of glasses with the transmission of the larger molecules contained in droplets and even in aerosols.
But, look at the empirical evidence. The dumb-ass anti-mask red states are spiking C-19 cases to beat the band. You are wrong on the science and on the policies.
The bottom line is that any mask that covers the nose and mouth will be of benefit.
