A caveat to add: qualified accounts (IRAs, self-directed 401k, etc) are cash accounts by default. So all my shares are in my ROTHs, those should not be loanable (in theory).

Great info. Beware with IRA Accounts. It is possible to have a margin account. Make sure you account is cash.
