Why, you say "in theory" as if you don't accept that as fact! LOL, I don't blame you.
Kind of ironic, in my previous reply, that the guy who had Cede shares didn't have to worry that his shares may have been sold. But the guy who had a certificate did have to worry that his shares were already sold.
