OTOH, maybe the fear of Covid from the 13 gets this thing settled. Covid will be around for the timeframe of all trials going forward, and the Comcast lawyers will have to be at all of trials getting possible exposure to the virus. Why have to pay out massive jury verdicts AND get Covid as well? Better not to set foot in the courtroom at all, and the only guarantee of that is settlement.
