I take a bit of a different view. The last sentence of the letter we wrote leads me to believe we are in the middle of intense settlement negotiations. Their side may be delaying this to get a bit of leverage in those talks. Just a hunch.
This phrase from Cox:” Chanbond is not an operating company so it will not effect them for a small further delay... ” This to me is something like an acceptance of a defeat. I read something odd in this sentence
